I think weapons should feel the same in pvp and pve. but have more damage more ammo more everything. BUT THEY SHOULD FEEL AND ACT THE SAME. Just keep the recoil and all that fun stuff

A good weapon has good range, good stability, good impact, good perk, good magazine = OP in pvp so it has to be nerfed.
