The fact that icebreaker was mercilessly hit with two major nerfs is absurd, especially since it wasn't even brought forward to Year 2. One of these needs to go, because as it sits there is literally no reason to use Icebreaker for any reason now. Ammo regen takes forever, and if you die you lose all the ammo and need to start regenerating it again. That is, simply, way too much of a problem. In order to have the full six shots you not only need to stay alive for 40 seconds, but you then also need to avoid dieing the entire match so you're forced to start all over again. My proposal is simple. Undo one of the two nerfs to make it usable. Especially if there are any plans to bring it forward.
