Dreg's Promise is amazing, if you know how to use it. Only the sidearm masters can use it including me!

Its about as useful as Dregs themselves lol. I personally dont think it should be an exotic. Just a strike specific drop or something. Its meant to be paired with NLB haha. It should do more damage in pve as its an exotic. Pvp its fun, pve its absolute trash.
