My Idea to upgrade these useless Chests in Patrol
My Idea to upgrade these useless Chests is to add a bunch of good specific weapons (legendarys) with unique look to there drops. Maybe each Planet got her own Weapons. Increased the Mats, Glimmer and Engramms (Engramms if u don't get a specific weapon) and add a Key u get from a Patrol Mission (the stack is 3 max) to open these Chests. So we can grind Chests + Missions and hope that a specific weapon drops with good perks on it (plz RNG)

I got an sublime engram from a chest yesterday :O but yeah having specific weapons from the chest would be nice! more grinding and rng we all know bungie loves that!

i like the idea of each planet has specific weapons should go all out and have armour in hat aswell like u can wear the armour till u collect em all (pokemon style)

The entire thing is a darkness zone, and if your Fireteam wipes you get sent to orbit. Legendary and exotic drop rates are doubled. You can get special legendaries from the chests. Why on earth would you want more RNG in this game? Aren't you sick of grinding the same strikes and missions then doing them backwards for some strange coins?

That's a cool idea, kinda like the strike specific loot. Patrol specific loot. That'd be a reason to go on patrol.

5 RepliesThat would be great. I wish patrol was better. For example it doesn't feel dangerous at all. I wish bungie gave us a reason to want to get a fireteam in patrol. Also there should be more events like the house of wolves enemies.

bungie: new feature in rise of iron. there are now siva infused chests that have a chance to drop new (reskined) weapons just simply pay 200 silver for one siva decryption code or the new raid for a chance (like 0.01 chance) to get decryption codes.
