Keyhole on the NightHawk is completely broken.
It simply isn't working. No overpenetration what so ever. I don't think this has been brought to Bungies' attention so please bump. I love the NightHawk, turns bosses into mush, but for general PvE, I would love the Keyhole perk to actually work.
