Please bring thorn back with rise of iron
Okay, I wasn't there when thorn was a completely OP gun so I don't hate it. That being said I have started using it and I love the way it feels. I think they have reworked it enough so that it's a balanced gun. Now as I said I didn't play year 1 but from what I hear hawkmoon and TLW were almost as if good if not as good. They brought both of them back and I feel TLW is still better than thorn in standard crucible (haven't played against many hawkmoons). So please let me use the new weakened thorn in trials bungie. What do you guys think?

Absolutely. And bring back the post change one. Prior to all buffs and nerfs. It had 6 bullets, high recoil, long reload, and it's effective DoT. Way back when auto rifles were king, the vex was unerfed, the Suros was god, and I was ridicule for using Thorn instead of Suros or the vex. Thorn was amazing but often over looked. But sadly, once OG Suros and OG Vex were nerfed, it was all downhill for Thorn as it took center stage.

The first time it was like the last paragraph where Deej said something along the lines of "poison your enemies" and the second was a picture of a Warlock in ROI gear holding a Thorn. EDIT: From the 06/30/2016 update" "In the meantime, we’ll see you in the wild, “making you wish you weren’t born when we shoot you with the Thorn – and if poison doesn’t kill you, follow up with Gjallarhorn.” And you can find the picture of the Warlock holding Thorn in the Bungie Day update.

Partially because a couple of times the weekly blog update ended with Thorn showing up. Once Deej quoted the exotic rap and just chose two verses - one verse quoted thorn and the other gjallerhorn. Then a subsequent thursday blog update, they had a pic with a hunter holding thorn. Last week's thursday update had a pic of the hunter figurine holding a different colored Ive Breaker (white ice breaker???? Like the black y2 SUROS Regime?)! If today's update mentions Pocket Infinity, well then. There you have it.
