Make Class Items Have No Light
Title says all, it's completely idiotic that we can't wear the cloaks from y1

Eh.. i think it should be that year one class items, and only class items, should be able to have the light raised so they can still be worn. I miss my old cloaks.. I also think that class items should still tint to match the shaders!

I would take no stats so that we can wear it in regular crucible and old content without dropping INT/DIS/STR
