The vex mythoclast has always been my favorite weapon, and I know other people love it too. We all know how OP it was in vanilla, but there wouldn't be too much trouble bringing it back. All Bungie would need to do is lower the fire rate just a little on it, and the damage as well. Or just take full auto off of it. I also wouldn't mind a ceva infected mythoclast for year three, especially because it's a very high tech weapon. Does anyone feel the same?

-
Eh, why not
-
Uh no, nerfing it to bring it back is un needed, its fine as is
-
Bring it back to how it is now. Right now its a monster up close, but at range it's bad. Or give it a range buff.
-
No. It's already been Nerfed shut up
-
HELL YES!!!!! Bring it back to its pre nerf glory.
-
-
It needs a buff tbh
-
I believe all raid exotics should come forward always. They're the most unique exotics and can be quite difficult to obtain. To me it's a no brainer that we should have the vex and necrochasm come forward
-
Bring it back without any Nerfs, as it's already had these anyway. Also there are guns out there now to match it in other areas so come on destiny what's the problem, it's the main weapon of the VEX Chuck us a bone and bring it back, no lengthy quests to obtain either as we already did the legwork, you can do it, pretty please.
-
They should bring it to yr 3 I agree. Though I disagree with lowering the firing rate considering the damage has already been nerfed multiple times. Leave the weapon as is, but do bring it forward to yr 3.

D1 Day 1 ran raids hundreds of times. - old
If you love the vex as much as you claim then you are doing it a huge diservice by asking for it back even worse than it already is with all the nerfs. It was supposed to be this massive reward and ultimate special gun and bungie ruined it and now you want it nerfed again just to have it back? Seriously... Take away even more damage it doesn't even do anymore AND take away the whole point of what was so special about it a fusion rifle that fired on full auto. I cant decide if you actually want a job working for bungie or you are an imbicille, either way I and anyone else who trully loved that gun is highly offened by your grovelling offer to bungie!! -
Oh man, the vex made a shiver down my spine when i first hear it in crucible. I love that weapon. And it even didn't need a nerf. Its already bad as it is. Also, please, bring back the crota end exotic (can't even remember its name, thats how much i used it on Y1).

Edited by Bieltan: 7/27/2016 11:13:52 AMNerf it? Its already horribly inaccurate outside of TLW territory thanks to that damn cone spread nerf that was meant for regular fusion rifles. Literally 2/3rds of all shots dont go where your reticle is when ADS; unless you are up in your opponents face they will miss. The kicker is it only has high damage output if you hit crits. So, you have to hope your opponent doesnt have a shotty or TLW, and stands still so you can nail their head repeatedly in CQB. Tell me again how it needs a nerf?

Someone was using that in crucible tonight...I Universal'd that punk warlock in the face with my boomstick!
-
It's already had fire rate and damage nerfed.
-
After they nerfed the crap out of it, it was fine. No need to nerf anything else on it. Just give it back, I'd love a 335 (or higher) vex.
-
Not like it was already nerfed into oblivion or anything. You're -blam!-ing crazy if you want them to sink what was supposed to be a rare reward for perseverance even lower into the ground.
-
They should just bring it back. The way it is now, just up the light level on it.
-
They should just bring everything up to current light and then adjust later. It would be fun in crucible with all the weapon choices.
-
A siva vex and even ice breaker(and possibly all the year one exotics that didn't make year two) sounds absolutely amazing to me. Don't hate but a siva infused thorn would be nice XD
-
I guess we will be able to have guns like icebreaker and vex mythoclast back since the theme of the dlc
