Get owned you anti constitutional nutjobs!. First day after jerry brown sighned the gunpocolypse laws 605,000 ar-15 rifles were sold and millions of people openly stated on social media said they would not comply!
Registration is illegal because it defeats the purpose of the 2nd ammendment. Online stores are sold out of parts as well meaning a good portion are building 80% RIFLES as well which are supposed to be serial numbered and registered under the new law. Ill say this i will not comply with commiefornia!!!!

Edited by llll ultra llll: 7/26/2016 10:20:23 PMSlavery is in the constitution as well. Do you think we should continue to have slavery too? Your rights stop when they hurt other people's rights, and your right to have guns is killing over 30,000 people every year.
-
You're obsessed with guns mate
-
So what youre saying is, that I should get a gun before this year ends? Ok
-
Considering the laws were perfectly fine and had no problems, I don't see why they changed them. Essentially my father's a criminal starting January, since the guns he owns are mag-ejectible. Plus, he has like 20-25, he hunts and collects a bit.
-
The First Amendment comes before the second. You right wingers try to destroy our other constitutional rights and then after getting money from the gun manufacturers they claim that they just want more gun violence "for the second amendment". Anyone who supports this years Republican platform hates the Constitution. Your fairytales from 2000 years ago are not meant to be laws of this nation, we are secular nation that does not factor religion into our laws. If you want to live in a theocracy then moved to Saudi Arabia. If you want to live in the state without gun regulations move to Somalia.
-
I dont think guns are bad. I just think there should be an iq test before being able to buy one. That should reduce gun ownership by 98.25% in the U.S.A

I was in Bakersfield when Gunpacalypse was signed with a flat tire on my Pickup in 110 degree heat. It only made me madder. Three weeks later and I'm in Utah browsing Suppressors, SBRs, the occasional transferable Machinegun and all the ARs and AKs I could ever want. All of then non-neutered. Even if Salt Lake City is Liberal Pansy land, Utah is America. Honestly, good riddance to bad rubbage. I may leave Utah, but I'm never going back to California.

I'm guessing it's mostly from NORCAL, they should really split up from SOCAL
-
Wouldn't this then mean they're breaking the law making them criminals? Cali sure has a lot of criminals...
-
Isnt california trying to leave the US?

We are? I mean, yeah we are!

Ahh yes, some good ole fashion gun arguments. Boy I'll tell ya, where would we be as a nation with out our gun arguments? I'll tell you what though, these guns are no joke, they need to do something about these things. Jus the other day my shotgun sat itself up, loaded itself, rose up off the ground, and shot my dog. Guns are serious business, don't go trifilin with them guns ya here? Dog lives matter too!!!!!

Edited by FL NIGHTMARE: 7/26/2016 7:30:44 PMThey can have a list of my guns any time because honestly if it comes down to it I'm not staging a gorilla war to over throw the tyrannical government. I'm just moving worst case scenario...... big ups to duel citizenship

Um, check out the OG constitution you uneducated lil' shit.
-
I oppose firearm bans, but registration serves a legitimate purpose. Why do you think it's unconstitutional?
-
Edited by Tlaloc___: 7/26/2016 6:12:11 PMThe abstract of the study you linked:
In 2010, more than 105,000 people were injured or killed in the United States as the result of a firearm-related incident. Recent, highly publicized, tragic mass shootings in Newtown, CT; Aurora, CO; Oak Creek, WI; and Tucson, AZ, have sharpened the American public's interest in protecting our children and communities from the harmful effects of firearm violence. While many Americans legally use firearms for a variety of activities, fatal and nonfatal firearm violence poses a serious threat to public safety and welfare.
My girlfriend and I are planning on learning how to shoot a gun this Thursday. Its important to protect yourself around here. The gentrified town I live in is slowly becoming more ghetto as housing gets more expensive in the bay.
-
So how does registration defeat the Second Amendment? Did it take away your guns? Does it prevent those guns from being fired?
-
Edited by Beeburrito: 7/26/2016 11:23:05 AM38 shootings in a single month that's ok is it?
-
Well if they violate the law they should be prepared to deal with the consequences.
-
Screw authoritarians who think they know best for the individual, and screw the sheep who are willing to trade rights for security. Move to Europe you pussies.

Great post.
