Since year 1 Pantheon has been my least favorite map. It takes forever to get to the fight. (especially at crucial times in close fights) I've stepped off that damn map a ton of times. And while sniping on this map has never been a problem against me; shotguns on every mother luvin corner has been and as a Voidwalker main, jagged protruding rocks, pillars and stairs.....that map is like kryptonite to us. BUT, I believe I can finally say I've conquered it by winning in the most unbearable setting: Iron Banner on control. Its no secret that this months Banner Lag was unprecedented, biblically huge and infuriating....but I beat it....with the top score of the match (5585) 24kills with a 2.4 k/d and all that good stat, crap lol. No meta weapons were used. (cause there's no challenge there) just me, my Villainy and my Vacancy. FWC FOR LIFE! (I usually sacrifice my own heavy to Nova bomb the other team on theirs) I finally feel like I legitimately improved as a player getting this monkey off my back. Anyone else have a notorious or 'most hated' map that they finally conquered or have yet to conquer? Anyway thanks for reading. Something positive finally happens and I had to say something lol.
