Three of Coins Don't Work
I have used nearly 20 3oCoins today and not a single exotic has dropped for me. I have been playing Iron Banner and some assorted Crucible. Please help.

4 Repliesif you use 1 3oc's per match you would get 1 in 5-6 games... your telling me 20 in 20 games u havent got one then i know your lien to everyone right now...

I'm calling bad RNG if anything. Three of Coins seem fairly consistent with me - Sometimes I'll get back-to-back exotics, other times I go 10-15 dry.

That this from a guy that spent HUNDREDS of strange coins that first week and used them. Also, there is a big thread of statistics somewhere. Sometimes I'd go on unlucky streaks of 20+ without an exotic. And yes, using one at a time. It happens. RARELY Just plow through it, or maybe change characters for a while and start using them there. Also, don't use them with Omnigul or Psion Flayers. People keep assuming those guys consume the coin and then consume another coin after the boss fight. So a coin is wasted.

6 RepliesI am calling BULLSHIT to your post, I just used a 3 of coins on the hive knight on the dreadnought and pulled, wait for it....... 2 exotics a heavy and a secondary yes two for one. Whatever you are doing is wrong, I pull an engram for every 7-10 three of coins used. As for the 2, I wish I took a screen shot but excitement took over.

I have to agree that the number of exotic drops has been WAY down for the last week. Not sure what to do about it though. I'm burning thru 3oC's and all I get are more Reciprocal Runes, not even legendary engrams are dropping from Ultras. I've got so many Recp. Runes I swear I could spend days just summoning. Also, the Blue engrams are almost all in the 270-280 range and doing nothing for me at 320-322. The only good thing about them is being able to sell the parts to the factions. Those level drops have been really good. I've been able to use everything from vanguard and faction level-ups into something.
