HELP ME I DONT GET THIS!
So I thought in the new April update all legendary and exotic engrams you decrypt are guaranteed to be better than your light lvl... Well I put on my best stuff before I decrypt and I get legendarys and stuff that are worse than my light lvl

2 RepliesFor engrams, only exotics will decrypt around your current light. Legendary engrams max at 310. Legendaries from rank up packages can drop up to 330 though and will be near your current light.
