I loved my Sunsinger warlock class. I sucked at Trials and hated bolts. I rocked Solar and had a blast using the unique abilities of my class. That's what makes this different than CoD or MWF right?
So why all the hate?
Hunters, Titans and warlocks have all been subject to overboard nerfing. Our classes are all bugged and while a guy with a redbar can kick you from trials or use a moded console, Twitch and YouTube clowns are crying about abilities.
All classes are open to all. When people go to raid they switch to a Defender or Nightstalker. Or they Team up with an invisi hunter for Crota. When doing PoE and facing mods/bonuses you same thing. Why would you ever punish a class because it shines in one mode?
Despite that people will always make excuses for losing especially when others watch them. It's Bungies job to rely on that 25 years of experience and record breaking sales to show leadership. They failed in my opinion. Like taking a stick of a trip mine has suddenly made everything so balanced.
They want to avoid "Frustrating Situations". I get that, but some of these changes show very poor decision making. Why where Sunbreakers ripped apart when armor was all people talked about?
So people please think before you jump on people for being frustrated and voicing it. Bungie has made questionable moves and they leave us here to fight about it. You think it stops here lol?
I'll stop going on but try think before you say dumb stuff. No class nerfed you and being angry at people complaining is silly. Don't give it attention cause it will never stop. But Bungie not seeing this problem or being able to address it's fan base properly is a real and controllable problem. Blast them if you are angry.
BRING BACK MY SOLAR GRENADES BUNGIE!!!!!

The cut the dick and balls and arms and legs of my favorite subclass (sunsinger) I'm just kinda rolling around biting people and headbutting their ankles.
"but you get to come back to life" pssshhhh
I hear you. It seems like this whole community is suffering a bad case of Post Traumatic Nerf Disorder.

There's only been a few things in this game's history that truly needed to be nerfed (OG Mythoclast, TLW's exotic perk would proc while ADS, etc.) Every other nerf has been a push toward mediocrity. Nerfing that which performs well, instead of buffing that which underperforms, is an absurd approach to trying to 'balance' a game.
-
They need to buff not nerf. Its making the game no fun anymore, its sad because i used to enjoy playing on all the sub classes =/

What's truly absurd is the number of changes that make your guardian feel "weaker" from one update/expansion to the next. Aren't we supposed to be getting stronger? Aren't we supposed to be "growing" our legend instead of "changing" it to whatever the flavor of the month is? Why is it that my light level 300 stuff performs the same as my light level 150 stuff in a level 20 encounter? Was it truly needed to remove the ability to re-roll the perks on your legendary weapons? And elemental primaries. Those were one of the reasons why people did raids. Why those weapons were used. Kings fall? Those primary weapons are absolute trash comparatively.

Edited by ImOnPlate2Guys: 7/19/2016 4:09:24 PMSplit PvP and PvE. No more blaming classes, guns and abilities. Or make Crucible just an event that comes and goes every month. (This is kinda extreme though) You never ever have this whining and complaining about everything during a raid, strike or mission. Damn I would have loved to have the pre nerf Mythoclast for PvE, that would have been so cool! All this nerfing and balancing with so many factors is pointless, it cannot be done. Please Bungie, Destiny 2 split it! Your live team can do so much more useful stuff than try to balance the unbalancable.

This is allegedly an error, not a nerf.

Nerfs are wrong.

Nerf pls
