Okay so I grinded out the exotic FWC cloak on my hunter figuring as soon as I got it I'd got to dead orbit or new monarchy to get theirs only to find out I can't wear my EXOTIC FWC CLOAK WTF BUNGIE I GRINDED TO LVL 25 for this damn thing and now I can't wear it
