Do nightfalls have a better chance to grant unique legendaries?
I heard somthing along thoose lines. I really want a good Fatebringer (Imago Loop)
For that matter, do all handcanons have the potential to drop with outlaw+firefly? I have not seen one yet but i haven;t been playing much since the last DLC.

On the strike specific drops, yes. It's the reason spent the entire week farming Omnigul when it was the Nightfall

Yes. A significantly higher chance. The only HC that can roll outlaw/firefly is the imago loop. From the undyeing mind strike.
