I love No Land Beyond, personally I find great satisfaction in headshotting someone with it, it's fun and challenging!
However...
It's exotic perk: The Master (precision kills increase prescision damage, increased damage against your next target) isn't really applicable... like at all!
It's real function is PVP (does anyone use it in PVE?!), however it's exotic perk is based around PVE. At no point do you need to increase precision damage, as you would have already killed the target - providing they don't super and you hit them in the face. And as for "increased damage against your next target" who aims at the body with a sniper rifle!
So why not give the perk a change, I thought of this idea:
•Precision kills instantly chamber the next bullet (with a miniscule delay in firing time, just like any other sniper rifle in the game).
•Kills reduce grenade and melee cooldown.
•Kills increase stability for 10 seconds.
What do you guys think? If you have any changes that you think would suit No Land Beyond, write them below!

9 RepliesThe whole point of it is to get a headshot in crucible then to be able to body shot the next victim. It's not a pve perk.

1 ReplyEdited by Maestro25: 7/17/2016 2:43:20 AMWhen the perk activates, you should be able to one shot somebody for the duration, say 10 seconds. That kind of ability would encourage me to git gud with NLB

No it should speed up the bolt-action animation+ the things you said

3 RepliesI like your thinking. Will be interesting to see what other suggestions appear. I've just started playing around with this cumbersome sniper rifle. Very rewarding for a skilled hand, but you're right about the master perk. Not much value at present.
