This video shows an Officer violating a younge teen's civil rights. Causing the teen to go into a coma and cardiac arrest after being slammed to the ground and tased.
Where is his protest? Where is his movement? Were are his posters?
Wait I forgot. He's white.

23 RepliesThe difference is that in this case the officer was charged, found guilty and was sentenced to 4 years in prison (personally, I think he should have been give life in prison because that's what he gave the victim - a 17 year old now with permanent brain damage). Of the 346 black people killed by police last year 97% saw no charges and only 2 were sentenced.

You realize the cop got 4 years for that right?

Four years sentenced and then two years supervised afterwards. http://www.kansascity.com/news/local/crime/article81082327.html
Also you're way late on this.
But. He's white. But his car was black no? Or his mom was black no? Or his dad was black no? Or his siblings are black. No? Holy -blam!-ing shit someone call the cops and tell them they can't just go around doing this kinda stuff to just anyone!

14 RepliesThis is the equivalent of going to a funeral where someone's father died then interrupting it by going yelling, "My father died too! Why isn't this his funeral?!" Grow up

5 RepliesResisting and not cooperating, and he gets tased, still better than being pinned to the ground and shot in head five times. That's why we shouldn't train our police to overreact so quickly, but most people don't see the problem with that still a fuсking shame that happened, but it's not nearly as bad as being shot.
-
And to think, all that could have been easily avoided if the kid stopped being a smart-ass and just rolled his -blam!-ing window all the way down.

You can't hide your drugs from Judge Dredd.

27 RepliesLook at the video again genius. He isn't " slammed " into the ground he is dropped from like 8 inches off the ground and he should have listened the only reason he didn't get out is he was probably hiding something if he was an honest citizen he would obey with out a problem because there is nothing to hide if he is honest so he got tazed because the cop had probable cause.

Edited by GetOwned: 7/9/2016 4:08:59 PMIt's a bit different when it's white on white or black on black crime. When cross racial violation of constitutional rights begin to occur, the water becomes muddied with accusations, true or not, of whether the initial act was racially motivated. Also , this officer was found guilty and sentenced to four years, something racial indecency is having a hard time trying to properly slot enough force with racially motivated.

1 Replyye race vs race, so stupid and mindless

7 RepliesMaybe the kid was going 50 over or some jazz in a residential area... but then again, who knows.
