The technomancer has a lot of decision making with multiple factions. You have to pick and choose which sides to be on, whether or not to be good or evil, etc. Feels like a mix between mass effect and dragon age with Witcher 3 style combat. It got mediocre reviews and while it's definitely not for everyone I'm having a blast with it.

Now did he make this thread because he was genuinely curious? Or did he make it just to yell at people who suggest Fallout 4?

Undertale I guess, but it sort of goes out of its way to call you a bad person if you make the slightest of negative choices.

Fallout new vegas not 3 or 4

Witcher 3. I dont really even play rpg games much but that game reeled me in. The world is so rich with things to discover. The side quests are actually fun and feel worth your time. 10/10 would reccomend.

Bound by flame is pretty decent although my opinion may be unpopular.

Dragon Age (1st best, 3rd still very good, 2nd not even worth a play)

Fallout NV.

Well if you don't mind really janky controls and horrid graphics, The Technomancer and Mars: War Logs are pretty good at making your choices mean something.
