I glanced t a few and I would say the melee thing for shock locks( the doesn't need range thing) locks and lightning should have range as they are supposed to wizards and what not and I never heard of a wizard who has only cqc magic.(kinda defeats the point)
Aso A LOT of your points are just salt about shoulder charge.
