I'm a member of another game's forum where threads calling for nerfs or buffs are against the Terms of Service and are either locked or deleted. It helps keep the environment a lot less toxic, so that would be my suggestion for a good starting point. You can discuss the game, but crying "nerf this ability" or "buff that weapon" is a big no-no.
