I think this could work but everything seems against Titans and have you thought about the changes on warlock and hunter? Would it be unbalanced between the 2? Would people stop playing Titan?

Not in the slightest. People will always play the class that fits their playstyle. You shouldn't be able to outright dominate because of a class, it should be a duel. The player with the highest skill should win. Not the player with the better class
