Sports doesn't define strength. Depending on the sport, of course.
Soccer doesn't require brawn: more-or-so teamwork and agility.
This person has never played soccer
Soccer is mostly conditioning. If anything it may need core strength but not much. It is mostly working as a team.

I have, but not competitively. Only for fun. Leg strength, perhaps, but not upper physical strength.
Where women are weak, men are strong. Where men are weak, women are strong.

not competitively
Exactly. That's like saying I played backyard football so I know what it takes to be in the nfl.
-
I never said I knew how to play professional soccer. I never said anything like that, actually.
-
soccer doesn't require brawn more like teamwork and agility
So you are talking about a pick up soccer game then?
-
It doesn't require too much brawn. Teamwork and agility are the main keys.
-
This coming from someone who has never played a competitive game of soccer in their life. It's like me speculating on how to win a swimming race. I can swim but I have never raced anyone.

Coming from a former centerback, you don't know what you're talking about.
