Your idea sounds great only thing i would not implement is the supressor radius increase. Keep in mind these grenades do shut down supers as well so incrementing their size might mean chaos for supers like the bladedancer, stormcaller and sunbreaker since they require you to get close to attack the oponent. Currently it is not hard to shut down a super with them but it does require precise aiming/timing so incrementing their size might make them broken since it could allow a more forgiving shut down when you should have died by a super.
