Sunsinger didn't need Nerf, it needed a counter. Maybe smoke vanish has a bonus to when used will stop burn, maybe bubble will have a counter when going into it. Right now, storm caller doesn't seem to have much of a counter, but it seems like sunbreakers, golden gun, nova, tether have a counter. So there is not point to saying that. If your charging, you could easily get sniped out of it. Sunsinger is now bad because you can get Rez sniped, burn does literally nothing, so rip sunsinger.
