Do the daily bounties for IB change each day?
Or are they the same ones? As in, if there is a bountie for killing 20 guys today, will the same one be there tomorrow to be completed again?

They are the same as regular crucible and vanguard bounties. There are like 7 or 8 different types and each day 3 are randomly chosen so you might get all different ones or get 1-2 that are the same.

They rotate but can be the same for consecutive days. It is best to turn them in each day so you don't run the risk of not being able to do one.

Not always but I have seen it in the past. Best thing is to do your best to complete each day.
