Immobius is a good shotgun, even though its perks suck. Field scout is absolutely amazing since the reserve nerf. I would not complain if they change the perks, however, what you are suggesting is that it still only be useful for one class in PVE, which is not the case for the other two class specifics. Fabian Strategy should lose a bit of impact when it procs, but not down to what it is currently. Doing 20 damage at that rate of fire would be a bit much. Tllaloc doesn't lose damage because it only procs when your super is fully charged, Fabion strategy provides a bonus within range regardless.

  • While Tlaloc does require you to not use your super, I feel like the trade off isn't enough. A super can be a game changer in some really sweaty situations but it's not something you necessarily need to win a game therefore you could go a whole game using Tlaloc on steroids with out using your super. If the Fabian kept its damage output when it's fire rate changed it wouldn't be OP because of how fast it's mag is drained and the lowish stability. On top of that enemies have to be pretty close to you.

That may be your opinion, but the thing is the Tllaloc has yet to make a major impact in the weapon META. The tradeoff IS enough for people to use other weapons that don't required them not use those super to be viable. I would argue (and the stats support this) people would rather use MIDA and use their super when needed. (Only exception to this is sweats, which actually bans class specific weapons.) "If the Fabian kept its damage output when it's fire rate changed it wouldn't be OP because of how fast it's mag is drained and the lowish stability. The perk does have pretty bad range, but I would rather them increase the stability a bit, push out the range a few meters, and just buff the perk slightly. This weapon has so much potential to be unlocked.
