For all of you TLDR types: I suggest Bungie makes a Library Room in the Tower that would serve as an in-game access point to your Grimoire Cards. There should be a running competition between factions each week with a reward for the winning faction. And there should be a resting room for Guardians who can personalize it with trophies, faction colors, etc. If interested, will post drawings of mentioned ideas. Hello Guardians! Fellow Hunter and Warlock enthusiast, UPErSHOT93 here with a few ideas that I would love to see in-game. These ideas came to be around the time of the House of Wolves expansion. Idea 1: Incorporate the Grimoire Cards inside the of the game. Idea 2: Make a competitive reward system between the factions. Idea 3: Let Guardians have a personalized room for themselves. So the first idea is to get the Grimoire Cards and lore inside the game. A simple section inside the start menu would be nice, however I thought, if this is a fantasy game, what fantasy land is not complete without some Librarian or person who has access to all the knowledge we find? So I thought why not introduce the Tower's Library. A rather large room reflecting the current civilization's architecture, culture, and praise-be to the Traveler with a statue. With this, we could get the introduction of the Librarian. Either a sassy Awoken female(who would always remind you to the books back where you found them), a nerdy Exo who could have some make shift bifocals (or just glasses for you not 1800s types) or perhaps a calm human who makes deep and insightful remarks. All the meanwhile the Librarian would have 3 ghosts constantly zipping around the Library putting books and diaries back on the shelf. It would be a fun addition and keep everyone's mind in the game. Idea 2 is something I would LOVE Bungie to incorporate ASAP: Faction War. Not necessarily a war (or maybe a war. Some type of crucible competition?) So we have these crucibles who in the game represent groups of people trying to regain favor with the current civilization. Why not make a competition that lets us see which faction is doing better on a week to week basis? It would start on Tuesdays and end on Tuesdays like any other cycle. All you would have to do to join, is to simply Join a faction. Being decked out head to toe would earn you bonus points for your faction. And at the end of the week which ever Faction won could get a handful of motes of lights, strange coins or a random engram of some type. it would be a fun way to add some more competitiveness and give the factions a sense of purpose as opposed to be an additional vendor who mumbles quips about saving the city their way and blah blah blah. Last idea I have is: Private Resting Rooms for Guardians. You and your buddies just got back from a raid. You want to go over your gear and feel a little more at home. So instead of going to the Tower, where one guy will start teabagging you and another tries to initiate a dance-off, you and your crew hit up your own private room that you have personalized with trophies, exotic weapons (I have not used my Lord of Wolves since it's release and it does not look like it is getting used soon, BUT I would gladly hang it above a fireplace), maybe your own faction's crest. This, as much as I cringe to suggest, could be offered as buyable DLC. It's not necessary at all really, and is purely aesthetic, but it would be fun addition and something I wouldn't mind "throwing money at the screen" for as opposed to the emotes. No matter how much I love that Shia Lebouf's 'Do it' choreography made it into the mix. These are jsut thoughts that I would be great additions IMO. Lemme know what you guys think!
