will have settings like P.C letting you switch the settings for the resolution and the frame rate etc.?
This is something I am interested in. If they 'unlock' the game so it will run as well as the hardware can, this means an uneven framerate, then we will see a difference in game performance between Xbone and Scorpio. If the developer has the resolution and framerate locked, as they should on a console, but they don't reoptimize it or unlock it, we will not see a difference. I would expect that some big games would at least up the framerate if they aren't going to run at 4k. In the end it is all up to the devs though.
I like the choice that MS is giving players. I will be a customer of the Scorpio.

I think (obviously just speculation at this point) that the Scorpio and mid/high end P.C versions of the games on Windows 10 will have high end settings in-game that you could toggle. If you own the Slim or current Xbox One the settings just won't appear in-game. For example the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions of Quantum Break. I think it will mainly affect the SP experience as they have already said that Scorpio, Slim and current Xbox One games will allow players of all three versions to play the MP games together in parity. For example you couldn't have Scorpio players playing Halo 6 MP at native 4K 1080p, HDR 120fps and the Slim and original Xbox One's MP running at 1080p HDR/or not at 60fps. Be interesting to see how it will work and if developers will utilise the extra power accordingly. Not sure I will upgrade happy with current Xbox One but if I get a new T.V I might upgrade to make the most of it.
