Sliding shoulder charge does need to be fixed but adding a distance traveling timer would severley hurt the ability.

I was rethinking it a little bit and I most definitely realized the time length I have was too low. I don't what it would be set if it were to work but it can't be too much or it'll be pointless. Now yes it may make it harder to land because of the cool down however there is an upside. Say you have shoulder charge and you jump accidentally into some kind of railing that removes all forward velocity. You don't want to lose your shoulder charge due to the time wasted going up and back down. If during that time to cool down reset, you can just regain it after you land without having to stop, wait for the sprint cool down to finish, and sprint again. You can just keep sprinting.
