I want to make a request to Bungie asking that since we cannot do Iron Banner now and probably have to wait until next month, to let the Iron Banner vendor in this week and automatically give us all rank 5 and let us buy what he is selling in fairness to this bug that is preventing everyone from playing what they love. I think this would be a good call and would bring players back in knowing that it wasn't all for nothing. Does anyone else agree with this? Please upvote this so they can see this. If they are watching. Edit: Notice that this is only a (Request). I am not demanding for anything. There is no entitlement here. Only a humble request. Edit: It has come to my attention after looking at this post today, that a lot of people don't understand the aspect of maintaining order. I explain this in one of my comments that in the case that this isn't done, chaos ensues. It's not about begging for free stuff or getting handouts left and right, but better handling situations of this sort. Us as guardians are supposed to stick together (aside from crucible). But everywhere I turn on the forums is fighting and creating arguments out of thin air. Sad to see it come to such a level. Edit: I don't want Bungie thinking that I'm trying to call them out and sound like a typical rude player, but more of a frustrated player that wants to enjoy this as much as everyone else. It's my constructive criticism for best practice customer service.
