Had an idea for how you could change shoulder charge, and keep it in line with the design of other melee attacks.
Full disclosure, I main titan, but I mostly run sunbro and I honestly suck with shoulder charge. Anyway, idea is to make it work similar to throwing knife or smoke, in that the nature of the melee changes based on circumstances.
Idea is this: strikers now dash forward if they are sprinting and use a melee attack. This does no extra damage, it's just a gap closer. If the striker takes the shoulder charge perk, THEN they get the buffed damage, insta-kill shoulder charge we know. However, it's set up as a modifier on Storm Fist, and requires a melee charge to get the extra damage.
Borrowed the idea from hunters, who usually just stab with a knife, but if they have melee energy and the enemy is far away, the melee works differently.

The only change id make is that bullets should disable shoulder charge.
