Does Iron Gjallarhorn REPLACE Gjallarhorn?
Pre-ordering the Rise of Iron for Destiny give you a bonus, being the Iron Gjallerhorn. Now Bungie has stated the the Gjallarhorn will be obtained via a quest. So my question is if you pre-ordered at the end of that quest are you given the Iron Gjallarhorn INSTEAD of the normal Gjallarhorn, or do you get them both?
Frankly the Iron Gjallarhorn looks cool and all but I prefer the White/Gold color scheme as opposed to the B̶l̶u̶e̶/̶B̶l̶a̶c̶k̶ Black/Silver one. I don't mind pre-ordering because I know i'm going to get RoI anyway and pre-ordering doesn't cost any extra, but if i'm going to lose access to the "original" Gjallarhorn by doing so then i'm not going to bother.
I doubt anyone knows, but i'm hoping that asking might bring attention to the issue and Bungie might answer the question some time in the future.

They announced during E3 that players who pre-order the ROI dlc will be able to obtain both the original AND the black version.

Bungie just said if you pre order you get the skin one they also said you'll still get the regular one. Just when you pre order the inventory would show two.

As I recall on ttk preorders there was a suros symbol emblem on the preorder. However it was only available on the first character. So I would think if you want the regular gally, run the quest on and different character.

You only can get the iron gally by pre ordering . You can get the normal one the same time as everyone else but you will not get iron gally if you didn't pre order b4 release day. Simple .

I'm pretty sure they stated something like if you pre-order and then go through the quest, you get the black version instead of the typical white one.
