Edited by weirdboy99: 6/23/2016 6:11:19 AMTheir rank and file is pretty similar to Imperial guard, but their aspect warriors are very specialised and their gear is pretty high tech, they also have good psychers and a special comander unit that is quite nasty. The Harlequins are close combat specialists with instakill weapons and are very hard to hit and kill. My army is Space Orkz, the bulk of it is a shitload of boyz backed up by a bunch of hero units, very specialised in close combat, they are tough but not very skilled but use very hard hitting lowtech weapons and vehicles. Basicly a hard army to control well, but if you're lucky with the dice you can steamroll your opponent. Weirdboyz were Ork psychers, they were hard to manage but if you could pull it of they could instakill demons, basicly if you played Chaos you would try to stay away from Weirdboyz as far as possible, they could instakill your greater demon, but were just as likely to kill themselfs and your troops.

If you play dark Angels should you stay away from weirdboyz aswell?

Here's some facts I know about harlequins: -Alone they are rather squishy, but they carry holo-belts which grant them a 5+ invuln or so. They also have a fair bonus to look out sir checks. -Some of their weapons have multiple ammo types, such as their tanks or the Death Jester unit (who once killed a Vindicare assassin I fielded in a single burst of his gun). -Their psychic spells are crazy. They can make it so you have to use OLD night-fighting rules (aka roll for range) when targets certain units. They can force you to take 2 leadership tests (one must be failed the other must be won or the difference is dealt in wounds), you can enter a staring contest of death, and I think a couple others. -The Solitaire unit is an single unit model the size of roughly a normal soldier, but he's dangerous if you let him get up close (which is possible for him to do). -Their jet bikes have hit and run.

Do they still have the Harlequins Kiss weapon, I -blam!-ing hated that weapon? Its been a while since we last played, last Ork armylist I owned did not even list Weirdboyz.

It still exists, although I think they made it so a significantly smaller amount of models can carry one.
