Yes and no. If it's say patriotism that's supporting your country and trying to change it for the better then it's fine. If it's blind patriotism then it's bad. Same for when it devolves into nationalism. A.K.A. what we're kinda dealing with now.

Nationalism is more of an issue, if we live in a world that embraces nationalism to such an extent then you might as well have some pride in what your country has accomplished.
