i cant receive the quest to get the sol edge (aka. the sword)
i have made 3 or 4 different characters trying to get the sword quest, please help i really need the sol edge

I can't get it eather. Bin asking other players how they got it. And what they say don't work for me

Hello crystalpalkia, Have you infused your sword up to 280 (it may be 260, I don't remember)? Along with infusing the light level of the weapon up, you'll need to unlock and purchase all upgrades as well. When you've done this Shaxx should give you the exotic sword quest. :)
