Bungie has currently scheduled maintenance for tomorrow, which should address the issues with clan rosters. The helpful user before me has provided a link to Bungie's official thread where you can find more information. Hey there, Bungie is currently investigating issues impacting Clans. This feature is currently down for maintenance. Check their thread for updates. Hope this helps!
