Agreed and I don't want to hear switch characters or start one new in the faction because I have done that with FWC and NM, went on both characters very recently (so yeah after the update ) up to rank 30, did exotics quest and nothing!
So forget the dumb rank 25 theory not true. MAYBE right after April update it was but we are telling you something is wrong now
Yeah I know a lot is RNG you don't have to mention that. I've been here since beta. Even so something is messed up!

I still manage to get every ships and shaders by rank 25 this past month. It's still the intended system after the update and it seems to still work. I think those that have ranked past 10-25 before the update and haven't received any items might have their chances screwed, and even making/restarting new characters won't fix it. Something is definitely wrong.
