Reasons;
Highest melee range, with a perk to increase it further.
Longest super duration.
Teleportation.
Faster ttk than aftermath or sunspots or showstopper or vortex.

Edited by Angelis101: 6/13/2016 3:38:01 PMActually I find them severely underpowered. They are not 1 hit killers. Every other super except radiance will demolish it. A single headshot from a sniper or shotgun will do the trick. And it takes way to long for the animation. If you use Blink it eats up your super time. You have no way to heal yourself during the super unlike Ark blade or hammers. The gernades are utter crap. Arc bolt is so bad right now. Their meelee is their only saving grace really. I mainly play warlock and have hours upon hours of playtime. I've capped so many storm callers in the head it's not even funny.

Actually, the hunter subclass bladedancer is better than stormcallers. I was once the only hunter in a rumble match with all stormcallers... And got sum of all tears. Don't know how, but somehow in a head-on clash between an arc blade an a stormtrance, the bladedancer will win. I'd say that means it's not OP.

No. This is the most balanced its ever been, though I would like to see Arcbolts buffed a bit in damage

It's not, but when people from other countries are connected to me with mega lag, the Stormtrance seems to take no damage, hit across map, take no damage and allow warping through walls.

Stormcaller does not have the longest duration. That's Hammer of Sol. Get your facts straight before you come cry on the forums. The melee is strong because all 3 grenades are shit. The super has low damage resistance and needs Ionic Blink to close the distance.
