Rise of Iron and light level
Given that the scheduled release date for Rise of Iron will mean that it marks the start of year 3, will this mean that the light levels of year 1 and 2 gear will be cut, making that gear pretty much obsolete?
It happened when TTK dropped and I can see it happening again.
