No One Quits.“ [u]Who We Are[/u][/b] TSHU is a San Diego, CA based clan of longtime friends that enjoy all aspects of Destiny including: PVE Sherpa-ing of Raids and End-Game content, as well as speed runs and challenges; PVP events like ToO and Iron Banner, and daily play of just whatever people are in the mood for. We are the definition of a laid back clan, with no agenda or goal other than to have fun with friends. We love tackling new content the second it launches, and with a new expansion on the horizon, there’s never been a better time to make new friends to grind with! Our clan was originally formed to be a rallying point for friends that have enjoyed competitive PVP since the Halo 2 days. After we all became obsessed with Destiny, Raiding, and the PVP landscape, we decided to get more serious about developing deeper ranks of people to call on for battle. We’ve been through the slog of LFG groups who want to snipe oracles, Cheesing the Totems Bridge, and the dreaded No Knight Strategy. And you know what, we enjoyed it all just the same. We still use LFG to help fill out a raid team when the need arises, and we’ve made some great friends across the world through those services. But there’s nothing like loading up a game of Iron Banner control with 5 buds who care more about stupid snipes and being a bummer bubble titan than being the best of the best. [b][u]Who We’re Looking For[/u][/b] We’re all 30 somethings with day jobs and families. The majority of us stick to a pretty late night schedule that sees the bulk of our clan activity running from 10:30PM - 4:00AM Pacific most nights. We also try to get in some daytime activities on the weekends. We are [b][i]NOT[/i][/b] “serious hardcore must go flawless or I’ll kick you, 2 wipes and I bail, what’s your ELO, oh you don’t remember the loot cave you’re not even a real Destiny player” type of people. We are the type of people that after all this time still cry laughing when we take a newbie through King’s Fall and get them to get knocked off the ledge by the dick wall. We are the type of people that love to run content that we’ve already cleared, if it means someone else on the squad has a chance at getting a sweet reward, or wants to learn something, or get better. Our Clan leadership has a very strong feeling towards helping newer and lower level players move up in rank and skill. Even if it means running old content, or content that we’ve already done our weekly clears on. The team comes first for us, and we take great pride and pleasure in helping others the way we have been helped on our way up. The leadership has one of each class all at max light, so we can always fill an open slot on any team that needs help! We’re looking for like minded Guardians. People with positive attitudes that just wanna have fun and shoot aliens. And try to suppressor grenade [i]EVERYONE[/i] in PVP. We’re looking for high skill and low skill. We want Day 1 Raid teams, and people who still haven’t run VoG. We want people who have the Books of Sorrow memorized, and we want people that call Shanks Sharks. Or that call supers specials. Or people that don’t know that The Last Word is full auto. We want adults who want to have a good time. And if you’re a night owl (as far as pacific time is concerned) we want you! We use this not only for fire team formation and scheduling, but daily chat about Destiny news and topics, as well as in-game chat if someone can’t be on mic.
