I've only looked into and Favorited some for now, I was going to do an extra hardcore run but some of the mods I would normally use are not there and there are no new races or really any enhancements for me to run around as a cyborg

Yeah, only saw ghoul as a race. Cyborg or even synth would be cool.

I was hoping for this mod again but the arthor has since closed their account, there is a skin texture that gives you the look but not the light which you were able to set to change colour when enemies were arond or even turn off as your health got lower https://i.ytimg.com/vi/4e_YiAeUxhc/hqdefault.jpg Other than that there were mods like Project Nevada that added implants to improve stats or even give you abilities such as bullet time, active camo, super speed, teleportation, control over robots and more
