Faction Packages not rewarded
i ranked up about 7 ranks with FWC and was only given one package. the packages aren't at the postmaster nor do i get them when i return to orbit and come back.

Hey there Dan, Here's some info on faction packages and claiming them. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=13480. Pretty much after each level must claim reward before reaching next level.

Hello Dan, Packages must be collected after each rank up, if you rank up more than once at a time, you'll only get one package. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=13480

You have to claim each one when it's earned. They don't stack so if you rank up multiple times without claiming them individually, they are gone. It's been that way since TTK dropped when packages were given by the vendor and didn't go to the postmater.
