Question, why does FWC lose something on their perk, but the others don't? Is it in exchange for the (seemingly) extra perks it gets over the others?

I figured the increased RoF without taking an impact penalty since it's already at max would lend itself to being a bit overpowered. You do lose range, and it's range would be fairly low at begin with, so you have to be rather close to get the kill. I figured losing the ability to regain your shield would seem fair enough seeing as you'll be melting people pretty hard. I'm still brainstorming balancing, so none of it is set in stone.
