As someone that has played this game since the beta I'm confused as to why this has never been implemented into the game. Having modifiers in the heroic strike playlist would make me personally want to do strikes more often. Even if you get the same strike over and over again it will feel different because a new set of random modifiers will be activated. Bungie please add this into the game.
