I recently sat down and played through another session of Crota's End, solo'd it to flawless, but now the achievement won't pop up. It's the first time I've been flawless, so I expect it to take some time, but proof is in the link. Two steps have been tried: Went to orbit and checked the achievements list. Still locked. And I restarted the Xbox One.
