I tried to post this earlier but somehow it didn't go through, sorry if It comes up again lol. TLDR; Make it so each time you do a strike it increases your chances to get strike exclusives by a base percent number so you KNOW you'll get it with X amount of times played. Hey, so the long version of my idea is I would love to see a new loot buff added to address the completely random drops of Strike Exclusive gear. I personally want the Mau'uls Maulers and have never gotten them to drop. Instead of playing that strike another 30 times in a row next week not knowing if my time will be wasted or not, it'd be nice to have a guarantee that I can get them with so many hours required. Some games do this for loot, where each time you complete a specific strike, it adds a little number to each of the strike exclusives (for Bond Brothers, it's the Greaves and the Scout Rifle). Each time a number is added (same number every time) it increases that item's drop rate by a certain percent, let's say 1% for instance. Then if you do 30 strikes and haven't gotten a drop, your next strike you will have a 30% chance to get those 2 strike exclusives (assuming you started at base value 0%). Lets say on that 31st strike you get the scout rifle to drop but not the greaves you so very much wanted. The 32nd strike you do will only have 1% chance to drop the scout rifle but the greaves still have a 31% chance to drop. This way, if there are multiple items that are exclusive to that strike, you are not going to get jipped by the other one you don't want. The net benefit of a system like this would not really decrease the amount of times required to play the strike, but rather entice players to play them as it would then be a GUARANTEE that you can get the item you want rather than playing strikes endlessly hoping that on a whim, RNG smiles upon you (which is very little when I want it lol). I only wanted to suggest this because I played Bond Brothers 30 times this week and got nothing, but then joined Omnigul and got a Grasp and Bond both at 335, which I honestly just infused lol. Comments? Ideas? Concerns?
