You're the one diagnosing yourself, but you're not a doctor.
For one, a fast metabolism won't keep anyone skinny; that is a myth. Having a fast metabolism helps digest food and bring glucose to muscle cells faster than normal. The body uses a few extra stored calories to do so. But never enough to keep a guy skinny. The consumed meal will always net more calories than the calories used to digest. And the key word here is stored energy. If you can see your rib cage then you have basically no stored energy (fat) seeing as the stomach is the last place the body takes fat from.
Secondly, skinny people don't have high metabolism. Its physically impossible. Your body won't speed itself up to deliver energy to muscles that it doesn't have and won't even have the energy to do so either.
Thirdly, you can overcome a lot of your genetics through proper dieting. A slow/fast metabolism is definitely one that you can overcome. Even if you think you have a fast metabolism (which you don't because that's impossible) its just an excuse. You're unhealthy and if you keep denying it without making any changes you'll soon start to see the consequences.

Yup, ok doctor. So glad you can diagnose me through a forum. I didn't diagnose myself, my actual doctor did. I'm healthy just underweight.

You're only lying to yourself kid. I could care less about you when you get sick. I can't say I didn't warn you. Goodbye
