The thing about it, is being skinny doesn't instantly mean being healthy. A lot of people criticize the overweight for being out of shape, and justifiably so, but you can be out of shape and skinny too. I used to be only 120 pounds or so, so I was far from overweight, but I had practically no muscle tone and couldn't run too far without getting winded. There's nothing wrong with having a little meat on your bones, it's just a matter of managing what exactly your weight is comprised of and balancing your activities appropriately.
All that aside, bringing my personal taste into question...I wouldn't call that sort of build perfect by any means, but I wouldn't call it ugly either. It's okay, perhaps a little too thin.
