It would be helpful but I think it is only active for a couple seconds after you equip it. so you have to equip and immediately press the trigger button, but since the update fusion riffles seem to more effective in pvp anyway. I got most of my special weapon kills for the Iron Banner weekly bounty using Plan C and I was getting kills at a distance that was pre update not possible. I think once people get on to this there will be a nerf incoming.

Fortunately fusions will never catch on again because they are high risk/high reward against shotgun rushers and last word. Most players don't want to take the time To figure out how to play it. Plan C and juggernaut is the ultimate sniper buster. Just eat the shot, it'll break your shield, swap to plan c and vaporize. With practice this can be abused almost unhindered against any primary or sniper. Except smoke...that stops the Titan train :(

  • What I mean is having a notification that shows you that the quicker charge will be active when you draw Plan C. Say you swap from Plan C to your primary weapon and wait 10 seconds for the cooldown of the perk. Then you'd get a line on the left of your screen saying "Plan C", letting you know that the perk is available for use upon the next time you use the weapon, and it would expire if you fire it or have it equipped for too long without firing. Does that clear things up?

  • Like how hot swap shows a count down timer.

  • exactly. I personally would think that would be a nice quality of life change for those who like the weapon.
