The sniper/special ammo problem in pvp
it has been so severe that Bungie had to nerf special ammo drops, special reserve & if you want to change special weapon it goes from Full ammo to 0. You want to fix the problem? Buff shotguns! this wasn't a problem in Year One, before the major shotgun nerf.

Buff shotgun and then twilight gap will be called op, Titans will dodge bullet then shotgun you from felwinters range. What should happen is buff range, add a drastic accuracy penalty when mid slide and jump. This will make it more difficult to close the distance with a shotgun but make it so you don't have to as close. Currently the problem with shotguns is no matter what, it takes TIME to kill you with primaries if you are too close to me already I lose every time. On the flip side I snipe and I also believe that sniper should descope with ANY damage. If these changes happens I believe it would promote more primary use and make specials more situation not an alt primary.
